Padma Shri Komala Varadan is an irrepressibly creative person, who has simultaneously distinguished herself as a Classical Dancer, Choreographer, Guru, Painter, Photographer, Writer and Researcher. Kiran Soni Gupta is an accomplished IAS officer besides being an artist, prolific writer, curator, sculptor and a keen photographer. The Harvard University selected her in 2005 for the prestigious Mason Fellowship at the Kennedy School of Government to study Public Policy, Governance, Public Administration. The Government of India selected her for a Master's in Public Policy at Maxwell, Syracuse. Presently she is the Textile Commissioner based in Mumbai. She was Principal Secretary Art & Culture, Rajasthan. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is a versatile visual artist and has showcased her Indian art at many national and international platforms. She exhibited her artworks at the famous Le Louvre Museum in Paris in 2012 & 2013. She was conferred with Unnat Bharat Sewashri Damini Award 2013, Rajasthan Gaurav Award 2013, Nari Pratibha Samman 2012, Artist of the Year Award 2009, Special Achiever Award 2009 and Kala Shiromani Award in 2008. Her paintings on the 'Famine' depicting its impact on women and children in India won her a National Award. She has exhibited 35 solo shows and 75 group shows besides teaching arts internationally. She also conceptualized and organized Jaipur Art Festival in 2013 and 2014.

Kshipra studied Diploma in Applied Arts from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai and trained in Oil painting at Usha Mallik's studio. She has a rich experience of working in the field of Animation, Design and in direction and production of films for Corporates. Her fondness to travel to different destinations of the world and her interest in photography has fuelled her passion to capture these images on canvas. Born in Mumbai in 1990, Devki completed Bachelor (Hons) of Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art and Design, London, UK in 2012 after attaining Foundation Diploma in Art and Designs from the same College in 2009. She returned to India and successfully pursued P.G. Diploma in Art, Criticism and Theory and thereafter Indian Aesthetics, both from Jnanapravaha, Mumbai. She enjoys a unique distinction of having participated in prestigious exhibitions in India and abroad, at a young age. On the literary front, she has written a 9000 word thesis researching on postcolonial art and its relation to the development of Indian art. It deals with the cultural identity of an artist, the development of the art scene in India and how globalization is affecting it.

Her works are based on the transformation and evolution of the human soul. Her paintings depict oneness of all beings on earth, connected by love. Born in 1974, Chetan did G.D. Art (Drawing & Painting) from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, Pune and received award for painting from Kalankan Prayas, Jharkhand in 2003. Thereafter, his interest in sculptures drew him to create his own style. He won awards for his unique sculptures from Art Society of India in 2006 and Bombay Art Society in 2013. He has participated in a few significant shows in India.

Hemendra Dutta is an Indian Painter, born in 1961 in Calcutta. The fervour for art began early, being surrounded by family of artists. He later went to Kalabhavan, Shantiniketan, to nurture his passion. Completed MFA in 1987. He has been in the teaching profession for about 25 years and is currently an Art Teacher in a renowned school in south Gujarat. He has been awarded the Lalit Kala Academy (LKA) Research Grant in 1988. He has also participated in key exhibitions at significant venues across India including at LKA, Delhi, Birla Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata. Hemendra's expertise lies in his application of colours and texture. He covers an array of themes in his paintings from realistic sceneries of India to surreal and abstract imagination captured on canvas.

Hailing from a family of engineers, doctors and professionals, Sunayana spent many evenings after school to study Hindustani Classical music and singing, easel painting, life studies in graphite and charcoal. After graduating in English Honours she went on to study art at the Triveni Kala Sangam. Sunayana held her first exhibition at the Ashoka Hotel Art Lounge in Delhi and thereafter participated in significant exhibitions at prestigious venues. Her paintings are a part of many private collections in London, Muscat, Dubai, Virginia USA, New Zealand and Australia.

Padmanabh Bendre acquired Bachelors and Masters degree in architecture and town planning from MS University of Baroda and Pune University respectively. He participated in short term courses in life drawing and monoprints at Phoenix Arizona USA. He has held sixteen solo shows and six group shows from 1992 to 2015 in India and abroad. He had participated in the Sothbey's auction in New York in 2007 and many exhibitions in Hong Kong , San Francisco, Phoenix, Toronto and Dubai. He is a trustee of Bendre Foundation and has organized many artist camps in Mumbai.

Sonia Bendre belongs to a family of renowned Indian artists in Mumbai. She acquired bachelors degree in psychology from Mumbai and is a self taught artist and photographer. She has exhibited in several art galleries in India and Dubai. She has won international awards in photography and also her article has been featured on an American photography website. She played active role in organizing art camp for Bendre Foundation in Mumbai.

Born in 1974, Urvi studied Diploma in Fine Arts from Saurashtra University and now serves as Visiting Faculty to the Architecture Department at SCET, Surat. Recently in 2015, she won the Gujarat State Lalit Kala Akademi Award for painting. She has held solo shows and participated in prestigious group shows in India.

Born in 1971, Chandrakant qualified in Diploma in Applied Art. He has received several awards including best water color landscape award from Gujarat Kala Pratisthan in 2007, best abstract painting in Surat Diamond Art Event in 2011 and Gujarat State Lalit Kala Akademi Award in 2015. He is member of several key bodies including Art Society of India, Mumbai and Bombay Art Society. He has held solo shows and participated in important group exhibitions.

Shilpie Sonie

Kanchan, aged 43 years, has held solo shows and participated in significant group exhibitions at different venues over the last eight years. She completed her Home Science from SNDT, Mumbai. Largely a self taught artist, her deep interest in painting and her desire to be unique enabled her to he develop a fine hand at nib painting, besides other styles.

Although trained as a physician and a professional in management, Girish's true calling is in art. He was always fascinated with anatomy and drawing since childhood. Inspired by great historic artists like Sargent and Sorolla and contemporaries like David Kassan and Fabian Perez, Girish relentlessly pursued the idea of reflecting beauty in its purest representational form. He is also a member of Bombay Art Society.

Sangeeta Babani was bred in Spain, imbibing Spanish Art & Culture during her growing years. She was initiated into Indian Art when she settled in Mumbai after marriage. Characterised by an ambiguity, simultaneously introspective and impressionist in nature, her paintings come alive with vibrant hues. She was the first artist selected by Tata Motors to transform the Nano car into an iconic work of Art in 2012 and has recently painted a BMW for Infinity Cars, Mumbai. She has held numerous exhibitions in India and abroad.

Her title "Perspective" is not so much geometric recession as much as referring to the reality of the inner eye. It also helps to see her paintings at a distance before coming close to analyse her technique and brushwork and the drip of paint. Today, she looks upon her perception of colours as a painterly expression, with deep emotional undertones. Her paintings are based on the thoughts of nature as she travel a lot and captures these thoughts on canvas.

Born in Mumbai in 1984, Drishti completed studying Commercial Art from Sophia Polytechnic in 2005 with a major in photography. She has taught art for four years. She has done solo shows and participated in group shows in India and abroad including the 9th Indian Paintings Exhibition held at the National Art Gallery of Indonesia, Jakarta in 2011.

Mumbai born Sadhana Raddi, has done her M.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Ancient Indian Culture. She has completed Government Diploma in Drawing and Painting. Sadhana has done several solo shows and participated in group exhibitions at key venues across India. Her work has been auctioned by Sotheby's. She has been art consultant to various hotels and offices and is currently working on her doctoral thesis - thought processes involved in creativity, as her synopsis.

Born in 1981, Revati Gangal did her Masters in Fine Arts (specialising in portraiture) from the prestigious Sir JJ School of Art. Besides India, her paintings have been displayed at art galleries across the world's major cities including Paris, London, Brussels, Dubai, Muscat, Doha and Manama. Revati expresses herself with enticing, colourful and vivid visual patterns suitable to the subject. With the use of patterns she aims to engage and relax the viewer through an effect of repetition; similar to meditation.

Born in 1941, Devyani, a dynamic artist, recipient of Bombay Art Society Exhibition award in 1976, has held 9 solo shows and participated in 45 prestigious exhibitions including exhibition at Embassy of France, New Delhi in 2008, Singapore Art Fair in 2010, at Mauritius in 2010 and at Denver, US. Rediffusion Y&R filmed her doing painting for International Adv Festival at Cannes, France in 2009. Her painting was auctioned by Christies at Malaysian High Commission in New Delhi in 2009.

Born and brought up in Mumbai, Ruchi graduated in Applied Arts from Sophia Polytechnic in 2007 with a major in Photography. She explored Fashion Photography while assisting Dabboo Ratnani a renowned photographer, and thereafter went for extensive studies in photography at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She did her first solo show at NCPA Art Gallery in May 2007 followed by Zenzi in 2008 and more recently exhibited her work at Jehangir Art Gallery in March 2015.

Born in 1959, Anita completed BFA (Painting) from Faculty of Visual Arts, B.H.U. in 1980 and MA in Art Criticism from MS University of Baroda in 1983. She was awarded Research Grant by Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi in 1986-1987. She has participated in significant group exhibitions in India and abroad.

Smita Srivastava is a self taught artist and she enjoys working and exploring different mediums and materials. For the artist, pursuing art has been an enriching and fulfilling experience as it brings about a connectivity between the elements, nature, artist and the viewer and this journey for her has been worth all the effort and learning and will continue to be so as the journey continues. The artist has recently started exhibiting, and has participated in a few group shows.

Vandana studied BS - Architecture from New York Institute of Technology, Long Island, New York from 1988-1993. Seascapes, landscapes, still life, abstracts and portraits of ordinary folk are subjects on which she focuses the most while painting. She has exhibited her artworks in key group shows and a charcoal portrait of Sri Sri Ravi Shanker done by her was selected for cover of Divine Diary designed especially for 25th Anniversary celebration of the Art of Living Foundation.

Born in Mumbai in 1994, a self-taught artist who has turned her passion into her job. Her works include psychedelic artworks which feature kaleidoscopic patterns, highly contrasting/bright colours and surreal matter. She has also studied interior designing from Rachna Sansad.

Vishal has done BFA from Government Institute of Fine Arts, Indore and MFA from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is the proud recipient of Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation Award in 2015 and SCZCC Award from Lalit Kala Akademi. Vishal has done one solo show at New Delhi and has participated in significant group exhibitions at prestigious venues in India and abroad.
